He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brnik and Anna Brnik (Terpak); his wife Gloria Henwood; and his sister Agnes Lidgett. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Tingley (Mark) of Bulverde, Patrick Terpak (Mindy) of Bellefonte and Paul M. Terpak of Osceola Mills; his granddaughters, Lauren Kitashima of Honokaa, Casie Tingley of Kona and Brooke Amos of Grovetown; and his great grandchildren, Liliana, Jeremy, James, Myles and Nathan.
