She was predeceased by: her father Charles F. Prevost. She is survived by: her mother Louise A. Prevost (Ruffing) of Ladson; her children, Nina Walk (Benjamin Reilly) of Sunbury, PA, Shelene Walk of Ladson and Jesse Richardson; her siblings, Crystal Herman of Ramey, PA, David Prevost of Patton, PA and Jason Guthrie of Clearfield, PA; and her grandchildren, McKenna Fitzpatrick, Vincent Fitzpatrick and William Carserino.
