He is survived by: his parent Ida Brown (Osewalt); his spouse Ruth Ann Brown (Love); his children, Connie McCartney (Tim) of State College, Linda Fetzer (Tom) of State College and Norman R. Brown, Jr.; his wife Lorie Brown of State College; his sisters, Elaine Mathis of Osceola Mills, Lorraine Gill (Clarence) of Boyertown and Donna J. Henry of Osceola Mills; his grandchildren, Todd Brown, Christen Latsley, Ashley Pankiw, Chelsea McCartney and Makayla Fetzer; and also James H. Brown (Melissa) of State College.
