He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Keith and Patricia M. Keith Ross (Renaud). He is survived by: his spouse Tracy L. Webster; his daughters, Shanelle D. Keith of Osceola Mills, PA, Jolene M. Yarger (Brian) of Osceola Mills, PA and Sandra Carter (Vaughn) of Morrisdale, PA; and his brother Daniel P. Keith (Nancy) of New Milford, CT.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
