He is survived by: his parents, Charles Smith of Scranton and Leslie Vonada (Brooks) of Clearfield; his close friend Patricia Lyn Meeker; his son Landon J. Poorman (Ashley) of Aaronsburg; his sisters, Erin Vonada and Kaylee Harter (Jesse Taylor) of Frenchville; his aunt Billie Jo Ludwig; his uncles, Robert Brooks (Julie) and Ronald Brooks (Jennifer); his grandparents, William, Vicki Brooks of Frenchville and Terry Lidgett of Snow Shoe; his nieces and nephews, Tucker, Shaylin, Lane, Camryn and Grayson; and also, Gordan Martell, Bailee M. Brooks of Clarence and George Padisak of Clarence.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, Inc. 106 W. Sycamore St. Snow Shoe, PA 16874 to help with funeral expenses.
