She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rooney and Ruth Rooney (Heininger); her husband Walter E. Price, Jr.; her former husband Edward M. Demchak; and her sisters, Ellen McCale and Marjorie Bingham.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Kathleen Demchak (Stephen R. Gleason) of Julian, PA and Edward G. Demchak of Laporte, PA; and her grandsons, Timothy Gleason and Jeffrey Gleason.
