Kizer (Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania), born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2016, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her nieces, Bobbi Zieglar (Eugene) of Irwin, PA and Becky Bronson; her daughter Dawn of New Alexandria, PA; and her nephew William Gerhart (Karen) of Crabtree, PA..
