She was predeceased by: her father Harold W. Knepp. She is survived by: her mother Carroll N. Knepp (Walk) of Osceola Mills, PA; her husband Wayne E. Longstreth, Sr.; her sons, Wayne E. Longstreth, Jr. (Jennifer) of Osceola Mills, PA and Harold "Howie" Longstreth (Christine) of Morrisdale, PA; her sister Esther Vaughn of Philipsburg, PA; her grandson Cody Longstreth; and her stepgrandchildren, Stephen Bumbarger, Samantha Sanker and Emily Sanker.
