Kephart (Trevor J) of Philipsburg, PA; his siblings, Betty Brown of Dewey, AZ, Janet Kephart of Sandy Ridge, PA and Bruce E. Kephart (Trudie) of Osceola Mills, PA.; his grandchildren, Benjamin Bush, Kristin Wisor, Kayla Wisor, Derek Kephart (Lauren), Danielle Kephart, Tyler Kephart (Meaghan), Sabrina Kephart and Julie Kephart; and his great grandchildren, Asher Kephart, Lylah Kephart and Christopher Burton.
