He is survived by: his close friend Lourie Sparks; his daughter Kelly Hazelton (Justin) of Philipsburg, PA; his stepdaughter Madeline Sparks; his son Kristopher Vancas (Tina) of Pleasant Gap, PA; his siblings, Diane Holencik (Thomas) of Ramey, PA and Edward Vancas (Mary) of Osceola Mills, PA; and his grandchildren, Peyton Vancas, Alexis Franks, Reese Hazelton and Hank Hazelton.
