Judith D. Surkovic Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith D. Surkovic of Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick J. Ballosh and Doris E. Ballosh (Keith). She is survived by: her husband Stanley S. Surkovic; her sons, John J. Surkovic of Philipsburg, PA and Vincent E. Surkovic of Osceola Mills, PA; her brother Frederick W. "Butch" Ballosh (Linda) of Osceola Mills, PA; her granddaughters, Alisha M. Surkovic and Emily M. Surkovic; and her siblings-in-law, Stanley M. and Barbara Lutz of Houtzdale, PA. She is also survived by numerous cousins and uncles.
