She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Johnathan K. and Edith Henderson (Stott); her husband James E. Fox; her grandson John Prince; and her sister Gail Rossier.
She is survived by: her children, Edith Ann Sipe (Richard) of Clearfield, PA, James Emmett Fox, Jr. (Cindy) of Yuma, AZ, Joseph H. Fox of Osceola Mills, PA, Patrick A. Fox (Sue) of Bay City, TX and William C. Fox (Sandra) of Osceola Mills, PA; her brother James S. Henderson (Marie) of Philipsburg; and her grandchildren, Jesse O'Donnell, Sara Gray, James Fox, Christopher Fox, Kristen Fox, Hunter Fox and Kaelie Fox. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
