It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Dunlap of Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Dunlap and Margaret E. Dunlap (Walker); his wife Phyllis Jane Cowfer; his daughter Paula Jane Horan; and his siblings, Charlotte Kanour and Charles R. "Chuck" Dunlap.
He is survived by: his son Timothy B. Dunlap (Beth) of Philipsburg, PA; his sister Margaret Fravel (Raymond Fravel); and his grandchildren, Tim Horan, Katey Horan, Spencer Dunlap (Alayna) and Bryce Dunlap.
