He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Burton Sr. and Bertha Burton (Burton); and his sisters, Sabra Joyner, Margaret Hummel, Ruth Way and Audrey Way.
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Burton (Olosky); his daughter Miranda K. Burton of Osceola Mills; and his brother Irvin Burton of Ramey, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
