It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie R. Penny (Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 25, 2016, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kephart and Faith Kephart (Ibberson); her husband James G. Penny; her son James R. Penny; her brothers, Gerald and Albert Kephart; and her niece Marsha Pedrazzani.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth A. "Betsy" Schnarrs (Harold) of Allport, PA and Robert E. "Gene" Penny of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
