She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony J. Petulla. She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Helsel (Raymond) of Osceola Mills, PA and Frank W. Petulla (Deborah) of Osceola Mills, PA; her sister Nancy Drukenbrod (Carl) of Lancaster, PA; her grandsons, Joe Petulla (Barbara), Frank Petulla, Craig Petulla (Stephanie) and Anthony Petulla (Devin); and her great grandchildren, Carter and Presley.
