We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2022, at the age of 92, Elaine Matthis of Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Brown and Ida Brown (Osewalt); her husband William Webster; her siblings, James R. Brown, Norman R. Brown, Sr., William Nixon and Mildred Nixon Glasson; her grandson John Paul Ruggiero; and her stepson Rev. Martin Matthis.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail L. Ruggiero (John) of Lanse, PA; her stepsons, Marc Matthis (Donna) of Willoughby, OH and David Matthis of Mentor, OH; her sisters, Lorraine Gill and Jean Henry of Osceola Mills, PA; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Steele (Tom), Mark Ruggiero (Tracy) and Melissa Cantalano (Adam). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
