She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Causer and Gertrude Causer (Ream); her husband Andrew Hajzak; and her siblings, Susan Klymzak and Thomas Causer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Casher (Roger) of Philipsburg, PA, Joan Domanick (Thomas) of Osceola Mills, PA and Janet Hajzak of New Port Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Warren Casher, Darren Casher (Lisa), Jennifer Morris (Jason) and Andrew J. Domanick (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Casher, Eva Morris, Katie Morris, Drew Domanick and Nick Domanick.
