Holden; his children, Jennifer Bartley (Nicholas) of Houtzdale, PA, Katelin Kitchen (Michael) of Salladasburg, PA and Jordan Thompson of State College, PA; his brothers, Greg Thompson and Ralph Thompson; and his grandchildren, Dominic Thompson and Aubrey Bainey.
