He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Woodring and Janet Canon Woodring (Patterson); his wife Mary Lou Woodring (Hunt); his son Dean Woodring; his siblings, Esther Irvin, Robert, Oliver and James Woodring; and his daughter-in-law Peggy Woodring.
He is survived by: his children, Arleen L. Woodring of Osceola Mills, PA, Beth A. McFadden (Charles) of Brockway, PA, Melvin D. Woodring of Osceola Mills, PA and Arthur L. Woodring (Edna) of Osceola Mills, PA; his brother Rev. Arnold Woodring of Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Tammy Sue, Scott, Thomas, Dean and Zane. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
