She is survived by: her children, Rosalie A. Kephart (Mark) of Houtzdale, PA, Wanda L. Phillips (Pastor Joseph Phillips) of Osceola Mills, PA and Thomas W. Hemphill (Beth) of West Decatur, PA; her brother Wallace R. Hampton (Shelly) of Osceola Mills, PA; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Misty, Naomi, Chanel, Raymond, Leya and Shyanne. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
