She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Keith and Mae Keith (Miller); her husband Charles L. Welton, Jr.; and her siblings, Doris Ballosh, Harold Keith and Harry Keith.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Carol Welton; her sons, Charles L. Welton (Carol) of Lancaster, PA and Richard E. Welton of Hiram, GA; and her brothers, Edmond L. Keith (Reita) of Danville, PA, Glenn R. Keith (Bernie) of Warren, PA and Lon E. Keith (Dorothy) of Osceola Mills, PA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
