She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Winters and Florence Winters (Kizer); her husband Dewayne O. Kephart; her son Barry Kephart; her son-in-law Thomas Muir; and her siblings, Bernadine Winters, Ardell L. Winters and Elwood Wayne Winters.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Muir of Frackville, PA and Brent W. Kephart (Tina) of Bellefonte, PA; her siblings, Judith Webb (Robert) of Mesa, AZ and Jerry Winters (Bonita) of Chesterton, IN; and her grandchildren, Krista Muir, Dillon Kephart and Paige Kephart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
