He is survived by: his children, Sue Ann Winters (Justin Vinglish) of Ashville, PA and Carl Roy Hockenberry Jr. of Osceola Mills, PA; his sister Margaret "Peg" Bell (Edward) of Philipsburg, PA; his half-sisters, Gertrude Hayward (David) of Osceola Mills, PA and April Cowfer (Don) of Osceola Mills, PA; and his grandchildren, Nicole Winters, Tory Winters and Brianna Hockenberry.
