He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Kephart and Betty L. Kephart (Carr); and his brother Richard Kephart. He is survived by: his children, Lee Ann Webster of Spring Mills, Russell Kephart (Dina) of Houtzdale and Leslie Kephart (Susan) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Dustin Kephart, Christopher Kephart, Andrew Kephart, Morgan Kephart and Carson Webster; and his siblings, Leaetta Acey of Brisbin and Blair Kephart of Niagara Falls.
Memorial contributions may be made in Carl's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
