Kephart (Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania), born in West Decatur, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2014, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair Moore and Phoebe Carr Moore (Litten); her husband Clarence C. Kephart; her son Richard Kephart; her grandsons, Blair Kephart and Scott Kephart; and her children-in-law, Bonnie Kephart, Bonita Kephart and Jack Acey.
She is survived by: her children, Leaetta "Doll" Acey of Brisbin, PA, Blair O. "Sonny" Kephart of Niagara Falls, NY and Carl Kephart (Carol). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
