It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Kunkel Jr. of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas N. Kunkel, Sr. and Gail Marie Kunkel (Stump) of Orwigsburg; his wife Ginger G. Kunkel (Williamson); his children, Jarrod Nathan Kunkel (Alisha Shire) of Cressona, Nicholas Shane Kunkel (Bradlee Mix) of Orwigsburg and Alexa Jade Kunkel of Orwigsburg; his grandson Icarus Nathan Kunkel; and his cousin Pam Kalyan.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Captain Jason B. Jones Memorial Foundation.
