He was predeceased by: his parents, Verda Mae (Reichert) and Elmer Reber; and his brothers, Reynold, Robert, Darvin and Clair Reber.
He is survived by: his son Russell E. Reber, Jr. (Caroline) of Fleetwood; his grandsons, Christopher Reber of Wyomissing and Thomas Reber of Fleetwood; and his sister Betty Keenan.
