He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Snyder (Bolton) and Raymond Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Fay Snyder (Schrader); his children, Joy R. Kramer (Randy), Tommy R. Snyder (Cheryl), Jay R. Snyder (Trina) and Terry W. Snyder (Robyn); his grandchildren, Jesse Snyder (Jessica) and Jarred Snyder; his close friends, Maggie and Sarah Kramer; his stepgrandchildren, Melissa, Kristen, Tracy, Jamie, Joshua and Kevin; and his stepbrother Ralph Hafer.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Zion's Red Church, Orwigsburg in Richard's memory.
