He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Heiser (Faust) and Charles C. Heiser; his close friend Kay Kriner; and his siblings, Arlin Heiser and Cleo Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Heiser, MD, Randy Heiser (Sherry), Charles Heiser of Philadelphia, Joseph Heiser of Orwigsburg and Ray P. Heiser (Jennifer) of Orwigsburg; and his grandchildren, Ryan Heiser, Jeffrey Heiser, Steven Heiser, Brennan Heiser and Adam Heiser.
