He is survived by: his sons, Jarrod (Toni Ulsh) of Delaware, Bradley (Alexandria Ulsh) of Pine Grove and Wesley Ulsh of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Timberly, Hope, Matthew, William and Melanie Ulsh; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Malachi; his brothers, John Ulsh of Summit Station and Galen Ulsh of Summit Station; and his close friend Nancy Leone of Orwigsburg.
