She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Heiser; her son George R. Foose; her grandson Kenneth; her daughter-in-law Suanne R. Richards Foose; her siblings, Paul Heiser and Joan Moyer; and also Weaver.

She is survived by: her parent Sadie DeLong Heiser; her children, Eileen Foose, Sandra, Barbara, Carol, James Foose, William Foose and Thomas Foose; and her sisters, Betty Sadusky and Mary Kutz. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
