He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Minishak and Catherine Minishak (Grybosh). He is survived by: his wife Germaine F. Minishak (Deklinski); his children, Frank Minishak (Cecilia) of Green Brook, NJ and Debra Ann Minchhoff (Christopher) of Tamaqua, PA; and his grandchildren, Jack, Alek Minishak, Matthew, Michael and Carly Minchhoff. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
