We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2018, at the age of 78, Jay Mengel (Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Myron Mengel and Georgine Schuster. He is survived by: his wife Julia; his children, April (Jesse Belsak), Jason (Tien Mengel) and Wendy (Michael Grustas); his grandchildren, Rachel Stephens (Brian), Tabitha Belsak, Caleb Belsak, Michael Schmeltzle and Caitlin Mengel-Angstedt; and his siblings, Lee Mengel, Ruby Berger and Darlene Shiffert.
