He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillis N. Orwig (Fine) and George D. Orwig; his daughter Deborah A. Stabinsky; and his grandson Brandon J. Stabinsky. He is survived by: his brother Phil Orwig; his grandchildren, Stacey, Stephanie, Lindsay, Carolyn and Tom; and his children, Cynthia L. Stoyer of Langhorne and James F. Orwig, Jr. (Andrea) of Kutztown. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
