It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herrold Stokes of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Stokes and Eleanor Stokes; his wife Elizabeth Wishneski Stokes (Betty); and his brother Paul Roy Stokes. He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Audrey), Harold (Shirley), Charles (Karen) and Gary (Dora); and his grandchildren, Christopher (CJ), Paul, Jeremy, Greg, Lauren, Mitch, Kevin, Tony and Matt. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
