He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Detwiler (Rubery) and Paul L. Detwiler, Sr.; and his brother Paul Detwiler, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Detwiler (Rarick); his sons, Scott Detwiler (Gail) of Gilbert, AZ and Steven Detwiler of Orwigsburg, PA; his niece Jennifer Glowatz (Mark); his nephew Paul Detwiler III (Kathy); his great-nephew Justin; his great-niece Sarah (Keith); and his grandchildren, Josh and Dori.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Schuylkill Lodge #138 F & AM, 1000 East Market Street, Orwigsburg, PA 17961, Interment, with Military Honors, will follow at St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Orwigsburg.
