He was predeceased by: his parent Francesco Messina. He is survived by: his parent Angela Sperlazza Messina; his spouse Lou A. Geary Messina; his children, Francesco Messina of Auburn and Angelina Messina of Pottsville; his grandchildren, Anna Messina, Dime Messina and Olivia Kolbe; his brother Joseph Messina (Josephine); and also York. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
