He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Koch and Beverly Koch Zacek (Strouse); his father-in-law Edward Reifsnyder; and his grandparents, Claude, Pearl Strouse, Floyd and Annabelle Koch.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer M. Koch; his sons, Dillon and Brady Koch; and his siblings, Doreen Koch Engle (Randy), Molino and Dana Koch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
