He is survived by: his parent Charlotte Chapleski Vockie; his daughter Alice M.; his spouse Leon J. Mack; his sister Eleanor Anzur of California; his grandchildren, Karen Bolich, Lisa Robinson, Pamela Mack, Denise Heim, Jessica and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Allison, Emma Bolich, Guy Jr., Madeline Robinson, Darren, Dawson, Deanna Heim, Taylor Masser and Emma Masser; his siblings-in-law, William Shaffer and Edith Malinzak; and also, Orwigsburg Juranis, Ruth Juranis and Saint Clair. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
