She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Zettlemoyer (Strausser) and Benjamin Zettlemoyer; her husband Charles E. Koch; her sons, Randy, Terry and Timmy Zettlemoyer; and her siblings, Benjamin, Harold, Stanley Zettlemoyer, Eva Bachert, Iva Rivera, Helen Zettlemoyer and Dorothy Schlenker.

She is survived by: her stepson Charles Koch (Margaret); her siblings, Shirley Ogan and Henry Zettlemoyer; and her friends, Kevin, Sally, Stephen and Joy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to It Takes Heart Kitten Zoo, 10363 State Route 209, Tower City, PA 17980.
