We bid farewell to Bernard E. Shirkness Jr. of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 23, 2024 at the age of 82. Bernard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Shirkness and Alice Shirkness (Tarlecki); his brother Richard Shirkness; and his brother-in-law Larry Bosavage. He is survived by: his wife Judith Shirkness (Graf); his grandchildren, Jarid Siminitus (Brielle) of Allentown, Kelci Siminitus of Allentown, Matthew Sanchez (Aja) of Allentown, Alexander Backstrom of Allentown and Kristen Littleton (Alex); his great grandchild Sylvie Jude Littleton; his sister Marlene Bosavage; and his doxies, Penny and Molly. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
