She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Andrukonis and Stella Andrukonis (Wasilewski); and her brother Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her son Michael Melnic (Cindy) of Allentown; her grandsons, Dr. Christopher Melnic (Diana Kolettis) of Boston, MA and Dr. Steven Melnic (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Jamie and Daniel Melnic of Orefield, PA.; and her sister-in-law Mary Ella Andrukonis of Arlington, VA.
