He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Premich and Anna Premich (Kalinich); and his siblings, Charles, Michael Premich, Anna Homa and Mary Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Premich (Lutz); his sons, John C. Premich (Barbara McBride) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Michael Premich (Joan) of Orwigsburg; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Jacob and Caitlin Premich. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
