He is survived by: his mother Brenda Prehonitch (Tregea) of Schuylkill Haven; his children, Trinity Gamrak and Talan Gamrak of Arizona; his siblings, Jodi, Kristen Perhonitch, Edward and Michael Perhonitch (Kristi Zimmerman); his grandmother Joan Tregea; his aunts and uncles, Margaret Gamrak, Linda Tregea, Jim Tregea Jr. and Morgan Tregea; and his stepsiblings, Bob, Joe Greene, Robin Cotterill, Charlene Keita and Kathy Hardy. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
