He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville W. Shoap and Sabrina Shoap (Rhoads); and his brother Robert Lee Shoap. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Goshorn (Randy) of Shippensburg; and his sister Mary L. Rowe. He is also survived by two granddaughters and one step-grandson.
