He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude F. Fissel and Annabel Schindledecker Fissel; and his wife Barbara Miller Fissel. He is survived by: his son Steven W. Fissel (Kathy Jo Ott) of Orrtanna, PA; his granddaughters, Amanda Fissel and Michelle Peters; and his great grandchildren, Bradley Fissel-Grace, Bethany Fissel, Kaylee Peters, Brooke Peters and Remington Peters.
