She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Stoops and Elizabeth I. Stoops (Shindledecker); her husband Leroy Ott; and her siblings, Opel Saddler, Zoe Haines, Dorothy Stoops, Peggy Swisher, JoAnn Sharrar, Elsie Davis, William Stoops and Robert Stoops.
She is survived by: her brother Richard M. Stoops of Milford, DE. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
