She was predeceased by: her parent Earl Shultz; and her siblings, Marie Marks, Francis "Charlie", Donald Shultz and Barry Shultz.
She is survived by: her parent Isabelle Shultz; her sons, Donald Shultz of Orrtanna and Jerry Shultz; her brothers, Merle Shultz of Fairfield and Melvin Shultz; her wife Mary Lou of Aspers, PA; and her sisters, Margaret Monn of Orrtanna, Jean Scott of Orrtanna, Pearl Shultz of Orrtanna and Betty Breach. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
