He was predeceased by: his mother Janet M. Sheaffer (Cottrell). He is survived by: his father John E. Sheaffer of Orrtanna; his daughter Bethany Sheaffer (Brandy Sheaffer) of McSherrystown; and his brother Matt Sheaffer (Amanda) of Gettysburg. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.
